I enjoy going to Sam's club for specific items when I am in in the Traverse City area. All prices everywhere are up and it remains less expensive for some items. I was not impressed by the driverless floor cleaner. It definitely caused some unsure moments for customers, creating issues where customers went out of their way to avoid, or stopped where they were to decide how to proceed, reaching a stalemate, so to speak. Its not ideal.

I like this Sam's Club, but the cafeteria always seems to be a crapshoot. You never know if they are gping to be out of items, something isn't working making items not available, or closed such as today closing at 2 p.m. I've never had these issues at the Gramd Rapids locations. This has happened enough times of recent to become a little frustrating to say the least. Not sure the reasons but sure hope Sam's can get this rectified.

I just had the absolute worst experience with the auto department. The men were incredibly dismissive, did not get a phone number or contact information for me which resulted in me sitting out in my car for 2 hours for them to tell me (after looking at my tire for 5 seconds while vaping) my entire tire was dry rotted and I needed to buy two new tires over a nail in my tread on 2 year old tires. I was so disrespected by the service manager Zach but especially a technician named Will, Will told me to shut up and listen to him and tossed my keys at me and told me to get out! Thankfully the manager who I believe was Mike stopped him from literally antagonizing me and insisted they put on my spare and actually inspect my tire in front of him. I have never had two men gang up on me that way, I've never had to tattle for someone vaping who knows what while working on my vehicle, I've never been almost kicked out of a store, I've never cried to a store manager! I cannot believe the disrespect- it truly ruined my day. I'm not sure if it was because I was a woman, native, or these guys are just truly mean spirited and incompetent.

I got kicked out of their parking lot will being an active customer. Just because I'm transgender I guess or may didn't like the vehicle I drove I'm not sure which unfortunately y'all will lose a customer if I can't park in your parking lot and shop at your store that's why I got a membership.

Lack of options and the few that are given are mid to suck. Online ordering is a pain. Can't order my tires for my escape because the OEM 18" option rims have 235/50-18.... Not 225/65-18. And only offer summer tires for the truck. No Thanks, I don't want to spend $50 to barely use this.... An hour plus trip one way. Only to walk out with less then half of my shopping list done.
